Washington, D.C. – Rep. Greg Murphy, M.D. (NC-03) released the following statement after voting NO on H.R. 3755, the Abortion on Demand Until Birth Act. If passed, H.R. 3755 would repeal nearly all pro-life protections for the unborn at the state and federal levels and turn every state into a late-term abortion state where abortions may be performed until the moment before birth for any reason with no protections for women:

Rush (IL-01), and Neal Dunn (FL-02) introduced the Facilitating Innovative Nuclear Diagnostics (FIND) Act to expand patient access to advanced nuclear diagnostic imaging technology. Medicare’s reimbursement plan limits patient access to new and innovative imaging tools that can be used to improve diagnosis of life-threatening diseases.
